Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds & Cancellations policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions. Please review both documents to understand your rights and obligations regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

Player Cancellations

Each booking is subject to the cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking or on the Platform. Please review the specific policy for your booking before confirming.

Default Cancellation Policy:

Note: The booking fee paid to PlayKorte is generally non-refundable, except in cases where PlayKorte or the Facility cancels the booking.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your booking and do not cancel in accordance with the applicable policy, your booking will be treated as a no-show.

Facility Cancellations

If a Facility cancels your confirmed booking (for example, due to weather, maintenance, equipment failure, or other valid reasons), you will normally be entitled to:

In cases of Facility cancellation, the booking fee will also be refunded. PlayKorte will notify you as soon as possible if a Facility cancels your booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking:

  1. Log in to your PlayKorte account.
  2. Navigate to your bookings or reservations.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  4. Follow the cancellation instructions provided.

Refund Processing

How refunds are processed:

The eligibility for a refund is not dependent on whether PayMongo is still holding the funds. Where necessary, PlayKorte may refund a Player and later recover the corresponding amount from future payouts to the Facility.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge and initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, PlayKorte will provide available booking records to assist in resolving the dispute.

If a chargeback or dispute is resolved in your favor, you will receive a refund in accordance with the resolution. However, please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting PlayKorte support may result in restrictions on your account.
